Why Tim?

I have led a number of teams with multi-million-pound budgets, delivering policies and programmes at a National scale and driving innovation to address some of society's most complex challenges.  I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges that leaders face, particularly when they are trying to drive changes in an uncertain world. I know what can stand in the way of making change happen, and the courage required to get past these barriers.

Through my experience of leading innovation programmes, I have built teams with a strong growth mindset, who are willing to take calculated risks and have the resilience to deal with the inevitable setbacks of delivering change. 

Coaching has been a significant part of my own leadership toolset, and since gaining a Diploma in Transformational Coaching through the ICF accredited Animas Centre, I have been deploying my coaching skills in support of other leaders.

As well as providing 1-2-1 coaching, I have designed and delivered organisation-wide coach development, bringing coaching skills to leaders across Departments, transforming the leadership capability of the whole organisation.

I’ve also delivered unique coaching sessions, such as simultaneously coaching 150 people from across an organisation, which received excellent feedback and instantaneous engagement with coaching from a group of people who had not previously experienced it.

I’m happy to work individually with your leaders, or to design initiatives to grow and inspire your leaders to bring coaching techniques to the fore to deliver your organisation’s mission.
